We believe that our success begins with our associates, so our benefits program is designed to focus on the areas that are important to our associates. Each year we evaluate our offerings and gather input from team members to ensure that we provide the most competitive programs. The following benefits are available to you as a full-time Concord associate.

Health Plan
Our health plan is comprehensive, includes Medical, prescription, dental, and vision; it is available to all full-time team members and their families. We offer a multi-option plan, which enables associates to choose their coverage levels and costs.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
An FSA allows an employee to set aside a portion of earnings to pay for qualified expenses. Money deducted from the employees pay and placed into an FSA is not subject to tax. The employee will pay for these qualified expenses by a debit card; The IRS sets the annual limits.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
An HAS is an account that allows you to deposit into a qualified bank account an amount of money that has certain tax benefits. You must be covered under a health plan with a high deductible.

Medical Concierge
Concord associates enrolled in the Health Plan receive a free concierge service that covers you and your covered family members and gives you access to trained professionals who understand the healthcare system. They can help you navigate to find the best doctors, hospitals and other medical providers based on Quality, Location, and Cost. They can also help you locate a provider in-network.

Medical Travel Program
Hostcare resources medical travel program provides options to select medical procedures and surgeries. If you qualify, you (or your covered dependent) will receive a free medical services, free travel for the patient and travel companion and added incentives.

Teladoc
This program connects you and your family member (on the Concord Health Plan) with a licensed physician 24/7/365 days a week, by phone or online. Teladoc doctors can treat many medical conditions with the best in quality care FREE!

Group Life Insurance
All full-time associates are eligible to receive coverage based on one time their annual salary at NO COST to the associate.

Short-Term Disability
As a full-time, benefits eligible associate, you are provided Company Paid Short-Term Disability. The STD benefit will provide 60% of your income up to 12 weeks depending on the occurrence if you are unable to work for pregnancy or non-occupational illness or injury.
Voluntary Long-Term Disability
As a full-time, benefits eligible associate, you are eligible to apply for Voluntary Long-Term Disability. This program is designed to provide an income to you if you are too sick or hurt to work. This coverage starts after 90 days of disability. It will pay 60% of your income up to your social security retirement age.

Voluntary Life Insurance
Optional Term Life Insurance allows you to obtain coverage on yourself in addition to the Company Paid Life Insurance. You can also obtain coverage on your spouse and dependent children.

Pet Insurance
Pet Insurance is offered through Nationwide Insurance and helps protect you from expensive veterinary bills for your dog or cat, and if you choose the Wellness Benefit, you will save on preventive services such as wellness exams, dental cleanings, vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm medicine, and other preventive services.

Employee Assistance Program
We offer a free Work-Life Balance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all Concord Associates and covered eligible dependents. The program assists with life concerns from grieving to financial assistance, this is a confidential service.

Transamerica 401(K)
FREE MONEY! Concord’s 401K plan offers a great tax-efficient way to save for retirement. There are many investment options available through Transamerica, and the ability to manage your account via the Internet or by phone 24 hours per day. Our company will match $1.00 for $1.00 on the first 3% and $.50 on $1.00 on 4-6% (total match of 4.5% on first 6%). Vesting occurs immediately. The waiting period is 90 days for deferral and match. Associates must be at least 21 years of age.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Based on position and years of service full-time associates are entitled to paid time off and begin accruing the day they start with Concord. The PTO program is designed to give you greater flexibility with time off and lets you decide how to use your earned time off.

Holidays
Full-time Concord associates receive pay for the following holidays: New Year’s, Martin Luther King Jr., Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. This benefit is in effect after 90 days of employment.

Bereavement Leave
Full-time associates are provided up to three days of paid time for loss of scheduled hours in the event of death in the associate’s immediate family.

Discount Room Nights
Associates are eligible to receive discount room nights with any Concord owned or managed hotel. Rates are based on availability.

Verizon Wireless Discount
Concord associates are eligible for 22% (3% give for paperless) off the monthly access fee on voice plans of $34.99 or higher.
