Beaufort Paddle’s waterfront marina and facility is located just a short paddle across Taylor’s Creek from this amazing marine and wildlife reserve. Wild horses play in the dunes and dolphins may swim alongside you. Your knowledgeable guides will give you the history and ecology of this beautiful, pristine island and tidal waters.

Bird Shoals

Part of the Rachel Carson Reserve, Bird Shoals is another fascinating part of our tour. Depending on the time of year, you’ll bear witness to an abundance of aquatic life, various species of birds, and the picturesque shoreline of Bird Shoals.

Historic Old Town Beaufort Waterfront

You’ll cruise parallel to the historic waterfront among yachts from all over the world. And while doing so, your guide will provide you with some of the colorful history and lore of Beaufort.

Weather/tide permitting, all tours include all three vistas. If it’s too windy for Beaufort, there are alternate areas to paddle, every bit as interesting.
