As a member of Carteret Catch, we work with commercial fishermen to bring the freshest seafood to the table when available. This ‘dock to dish’ dining experience guarantees our chefs will provide you with the best seafood from our local waters.

Main Dining Room and In-Room Dining Hours:
Breakfast: 7 – 11 am (Monday – Friday)
Lunch: 11 am – 3 pm (Monday – Friday)
In-Room Dining is also available from 3 – 5 pm with the lunch menu.
Weekend Brunch: 7 am – 3 pm (Saturday & Sunday)
Dinner: 5 – 9 pm (Friday and Saturday til’ 10 pm)
