For more than 200 years, Buffalo Trace Distillery has been crafting whiskey along the banks of the Kentucky River in Frankfort, Kentucky. Meet Rick Henry
Rick Henry serves as North Carolina State Manager for Sazerac, bringing 26 years of experience in the spirits industry, including 16 years with Buffalo Trace Distillery. His extensive industry knowledge and passion for fine whiskey make him the perfect guide for this special Menhaden Whisky Society dinner.
Executive Chef Tyler Smith and our culinary team will present a three-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with a distinctive whiskey from the Buffalo Trace portfolio.

- Sazerac Rye, 6 Year — paired with "Yum Nua" Thai Beef Salad, featuring fresh basil, mint and citrus.
- Beaufort Hotel's Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Selection — paired with Mushroom Cream Pappardelle, a creamy mushroom pasta. This exclusive Buffalo Trace barrel was personally selected for the Beaufort Hotel, giving guests the opportunity to experience a distinctive expression that you won't find on the shelf alongside the standard Buffalo Trace release.
- Eagle Rare 10 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey — paired with Braised Bison and roasted fall root vegetables.
Whisky Dinner Tickets & Reservations
Tickets are $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Your evening includes a three-course dinner with three curated whiskey pairings.
