Crafted by Chef Tyler and the culinary team at 34° North Restaurant, each course is designed to complement and elevate the complexity of WhistlePig’s signature rye whiskies.

A signature WhistlePig creation to begin the evening and set the tone.


First Course
Vietnamese Spring Roll
Rice flour wrapper, rice noodles, shrimp, and fresh vegetables

Paired with: WhistlePig 10-Year Small Batch Rye
Opens with caramel and burnt orange, layered with subtle smoke and a long, bold rye finish.


Second Course
Roasted Quail Salad
Spring mix, rye berries, feta, grapes, and dried cherries

Paired with: WhistlePig 12-Year Old World Rye

Third Course
Short Rib Shepherd’s Pie
Shredded short rib, au jus, and whipped Yukon Gold potatoes

North Carolina Brasstown Truffles
