Chef Tyler Smith and our culinary team will present a thoughtfully curated whiskey dining experience, where each pour is paired with an innovative small plate designed to complement the rich, distinctive flavors of these select whiskies. Each pairing celebrates tradition while embracing bold, contemporary tastes.

Tickets: $45 per person (plus tax and gratuity)

Battle of the Barrels ‘6’ Whisky Dinner

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of bold flavors, spirited competition, and Southern hospitality at our 6th Battle of the Barrels Whisky Dinner—a signature event hosted by the Beaufort Hotel’s Menhaden Whisky Society.

This multi-barrel showdown will feature an exclusive lineup of Beaufort Hotel’s single barrel selections from top distilleries, including Maker’s Mark, Wilderness Trail, Russell’s Reserve, and one more Surprise Barrel Reveal!

Each barrel brings its own unique character to the table, and guests will have the chance to taste, compare, and enjoy a favorite, or two.

Named for the fish that once dominated Beaufort’s local community and economy, the Menhaden Whiskey Society pays tribute to the region’s rich heritage and storied fishing culture. Today, the Beaufort Hotel and 34° North Restaurant sits on the site of the last remaining Menhaden plant in North Carolina.
